Designing Education Policy for Sub-Saharan African Countries is the culmination of five years of extensive research and analysis of global educational systems as they compare with the challenges and opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa, with a lens on Southern Cameroons. As African youths demonstrate purpose and a desire for sovereignty and self-governance, quality education remains critical in realizing these aspirations. Drawing from over 35 years of experience as an educator on various continents, Elizabeth Bifuh-Ambe courageously confronts the complex interactions of education with colonialism and other systems that perpetuate inequalities within the continent.
